Patient Care Coordinator

Join our team at Vision Health Specialties, located at 4109 N Midland Dr, Midland, TX 79707. We’re looking for a warm, organized, and patient-focused individual to be the heartbeat of our front desk, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Pay & Schedule

• $14-$16/hour
• Flexible schedule - Monday-Friday with Saturday hours (if you work Saturday, day off during the week)

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions
• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations
• Support patient flow with strong multitasking and time management skills

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!)
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills
