Pay

The starting pay range is $22-24 per hour, plus monthly commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

You will serve as the face of HearingLife's retail clinics, focusing on delivering exceptional patient experiences and helping more people hear better. Your daily tasks include:

  • Welcome all patients and maintain high levels of customer service
  • Inbound and outbound phone calls, averaging 50-75 per day
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Process Patient Profile Information (PPI) intake and handling insurance verification
  • Order and receive office supplies
  • Manage payment processing and hearing aid supply inventory
  • Maintain office cleanliness and adhere to HIPAA standards

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • College degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and EMR systems
