Pay

The starting pay range is $18-20 per hour with additional monthly commissions.

Responsibilities

You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients in our retail clinics. Your role includes:

  • Welcome all patients and maintain high levels of customer service
  • Inbound and outbound phone calls, averaging 50-75 per day
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Process Patient Profile Information (PPI)
  • Collect and verify medical insurance information for patients
  • Order and receive office supplies
  • Manage payment processing for hearing aid supplies
  • Maintain office cleanliness and adhere to HIPAA standards

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using technology, including scheduling software and EMR systems
