About the role

Pacific Audiology is seeking a full-time receptionist for two Portland locations. Only resumes from those in the surrounding area will be considered, and prior medical office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones and greeting patients
  • Checking in patients and making them feel welcome
  • Opening and closing the office
  • Making appointments
  • Room tidiness
  • Keeping doctors on time
