About the role
Pacific Audiology is seeking a full-time receptionist for two Portland locations. Only resumes from those in the surrounding area will be considered, and prior medical office experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and greeting patients
- Checking in patients and making them feel welcome
- Opening and closing the office
- Making appointments
- Room tidiness
- Keeping doctors on time

- 2 or more years of experience in a medical receptionist/administrative position or equivalent
- Capable of working independently and as part of the team
- Able to follow directions and maintain close attention to detail
