Patient Care Assistant II
Job Summary
You’ll help our patients feel safer and more comfortable by assisting with their basic daily life activities. Every day, you will directly support patients with tasks such as personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding, while also assisting nursing staff with vital sign monitoring and preparing patient rooms.
Responsibilities
- Makes rounds to monitor and record vital signs
- Assists with personal hygiene and physical care needs
- Accurately measures, records, and reports intake and output
- Obtains and records daily weight
- Performs blood glucose testing using blood glucose meter
Job Requirements
- Required High School Graduate
- General Studies, upon hire or High School GED General Studies, upon hire and graduated from an accredited school of nursing or 1 year direct patient care experience, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - days

Pay Range
$16.06 - $22.69 /hour
