Patient Care Advisor Lead

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the PCAs through influence by following the policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
• Promote a culture consistent with overall corporate parameters including medicinal and clinical focus.
• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, training, and development of all staff.
• Provide regular, clear, and honest feedback to all staff to include disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Conduct regular employee performance reviews and team connection meetings to discuss performance and employee development goals.
• Provide direct leadership to PCA’s and hold them accountable to execute their duties and roles as laid out according to Far & Dotter’s expectations.
• Promote the mission, vision, and values of the company to all team members always.
• Engage in honest, innovative, problem-solving dialogue with team members and corporate teams.
• Be a resource and a company liaison for the Spa personnel, support their operations needs and promote teamwork amongst them and the Far & Dotter staff.

• Interest in/ understanding of vitamins, supplements, and wellness products.
• Fast learner who will seek to understand our product mix and how to recommend products appropriately.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to follow standard operating processes and procedures.
• Ability to work normal retail hours (nights, weekends, and holidays).

Education And Experience

• A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED);
• Previous cannabis, retail, hospitality, or customer service sales experience;
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
