ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet all guests, patients, peers, and vendors at Far & Dotter with warmth and a smile
  • Follow guest service training to assist patients with their reason for visiting the Wellness Center, which includes checking in guests for the medical cannabis dispensary, checking in guests visiting the Spa, and/or assisting guests with Holistic Pharmacy products.
  • Learn, promote, and manage points/rewards for the Far & Dotter Loyalty Program to new and existing guests
  • Always go above and beyond to provide patients and guests with an elevated experience to ensure they leave “delighted”
  • Learn the point-of-sale (POS) system and SOPs and execute processes accurately to ensure all transactions are correct and compliant
  • Learn product assortment and products’ associated health benefits
  • Constantly seek out ways to educate patients about add-on products to drive additional sales
  • Understand daily, weekly, and seasonal promotions and sell products against these initiatives
  • Participate in staff sales initiatives
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Communicate with leads the need for restocking the sales floor
  • Sticking/barcoding products if necessary
  • Packing and packaging bulk flower for resale
  • Maintain the online menu
  • Picking and packing orders in the upstairs vault for in-store and online orders
  • Follow compliance procedures to ensure all activities and transactions follow MCA/DHSS regulations and Far & Dotter SOPs
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines
  • Check sales floor inventory daily and re-stock inventory to maintain proper par levels
  • Clean and straighten sales fixtures and products daily to maintain an impeccable retail environment
  • Clean and straighten communal and public spaces daily to maintain a hygienic environment

  • Advanced understanding of the cannabis industry and products
  • Desire to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, unpredictable environment
  • Ability to follow existing processes and procedures
  • Ability to work normal retail hours (nights, weekends, and holidays)
