What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Schedule appointment requests and perform outbound calls to schedule Epic referrals
• Communicate insurance participation, financial responsibility, and time of service policy to patients
• Obtain and register patients' insurance and demographic information in EPIC
• Perform real-time insurance verification and collect pre-registration information
• Facilitate team discussions regarding complex patient scheduling needs and escalate issues as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with proficiency in medical terminology
• Excellent customer service, problem assessment, and verbal/written communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) or similar software
• Prior high-volume customer service experience in a call center environment preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Associate's Degree or higher
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
