Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintains the waiting area and addresses patient concerns
  • Notifies relevant personnel of serious complaints
  • Provides temporary solutions for complaints
  • Collects and verifies patient information for registration
  • Ensures all necessary information is entered into the system
  • Aids patients with billing questions and directs them to appropriate resources
  • Supports physicians, managers, and clinical staff as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience in a Healthcare environment preferred
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High level of integrity and dependability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Gracious and welcoming personality for customer service interaction
