Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintains the waiting area and addresses patient concerns
- Notifies relevant personnel of serious complaints
- Provides temporary solutions for complaints
- Collects and verifies patient information for registration
- Ensures all necessary information is entered into the system
- Aids patients with billing questions and directs them to appropriate resources
- Supports physicians, managers, and clinical staff as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in a Healthcare environment preferred
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High level of integrity and dependability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Gracious and welcoming personality for customer service interaction
