About the role

Registration Representatives are accountable for directing patients and visitors; collecting monies due for co-pays.

Responsibilities

• Collecting monies due for co-pays
• Greeting patients and assuring all guests entering the lobby areas have purpose to be in the facility
• Transporting patients and their luggage

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to properly collect, enter and/or accurately update financial and demographic information into a computer
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Provide clear and concise information to those who request it
• Handle multiple tasks at one time
• Be detail oriented

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED
• Experience: Less than 1 year
