We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Additional Information About The Role BJC is looking for a Patient Access Rep II in our wound care department at Progress West! Full Time Position Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:15pm - Overview: description of hospital. - Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose ... (some content). Actually "Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose" seems like heading but we treat as content. - Responsibilities: long paragraph. - Minimum Requirements Education High School Diploma or GED Experience Preferred Requirements Education Associate's Degree Experience 2-5 years Supervisor Experience No Experience Licenses & Certifications CHAA - Benefits And Legal Statement BJC Total Rewards ... list of benefits. - No explicit Pay or Schedule beyond the schedule given: Full Time Position Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:15pm. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that. - Pay: not mentioned, so omit. - Benefits: we have benefits list. - Skills: maybe not explicit; we could infer from responsibilities but better not invent. Only include if explicit. There's no explicit Skills section. So omit. - Qualifications: we have Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications etc. Could combine into Requirements/Qualifications. The instruction: use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have content for About the role (overview). Responsibilities. Requirements (minimum requirements). Qualifications (preferred qualifications). Benefits. Schedule. Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes "Equal Opportunity Employer" at end - that's boilerplate, remove. Also "Benefits And Legal Statement" includes some legal text; we need to keep benefits but remove legal statement? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The benefits section includes legal statement; we should keep benefits but maybe strip the legal statement? The benefits text includes: "BJC Total Rewards At BJC we’re committed to providing you and your family with benefits and resources to help you manage your physical, emotional, social and financial well-being. Comprehensive medical, dental, vison, life insurance, and legal services available first day of the month after hire dateDisability insurance* paid for by BJCAnnual 4% BJC Automatic Retirement Contribution401(k) plan with BJC matchTuition Assistance available on first dayBJC Institute for Learning and DevelopmentHealth Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsPaid Time Off benefit combines vacation, sick days, holidays and personal timeAdoption assistance To Learn More, Go To Our Benefits Summary. Not all benefits apply to all jobs The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this position. It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job." We need to remove the legal boilerplate like "The above information...". Keep the benefits list. So we should extract benefits items: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and legal services available first day of the month after hire date; Disability insurance* paid for by BJC; Annual 4% BJC Automatic Retirement Contribution; 401(k) plan with BJC match; Tuition Assistance available on first day; BJC Institute for Learning and Development; Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts; Paid Time Off benefit combines vacation, sick days, holidays and personal time; Adoption assistance. We should keep them as list items. Now for About the role: we have overview text: "Opened in 2007, Progress West Hospital is BJC HealthCare’s newest hospital in St. Charles County, featuring modern private rooms. It offers 24-hour emergency services and has partnered with St. Louis Children’s Hospital to provide world-class pediatric emergency care. Progress West Hospital also provides surgical services, endoscopy services, a cardiac catheterization lab, medical/surgical inpatient services, diagnostic imaging, lab services, and the Advanced Wound Center, a specialty wound treatment facility with state-of-the-art equipment. Progress West Hospital recently completed an expansion of its Childbirth Center to include enhanced services for at-risk mothers and babies, with a newborn ICU that provides care for babies born as early as 32 weeks. Progress West Hospital is a Certified Level II Stroke Center. The hospital’s medical office building houses offices for specialists in primary care, cardiology, obstetrics, pediatrics, and orthopedics." Also the first line: "Additional Information About The Role BJC is looking for a Patient Access Rep II in our wound care department at Progress West! Full Time Position Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:15pm". That's also about the role. So combine. We should not repeat job title as heading, but we can include that sentence in About the role paragraph. Now Responsibilities: we have a long paragraph. We need to convert to

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are a paragraph with many sentences; we could split into list items each duty. But instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If we treat responsibilities as a list, we should break into items. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can convert each sentence into a list item. That seems appropriate. Similarly for Requirements: we have Minimum Requirements Education High School Diploma or GED Experience Preferred Requirements Education Associate's Degree Experience 2-5 years Supervisor Experience No Experience Licenses & Certifications CHAA We need to parse into list items: Education: High School Diploma or GED; Preferred Education: Associate's Degree; Experience: 2-5 years; Supervisor Experience: No Experience; Licenses & Certifications: CHAA. We could also include "Minimum Requirements" and "Preferred Requirements" as separate items. Qualifications: we have "Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose ..." Actually the text includes "Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose The Patient Access Representative is often the first point of contact..." That's a description of role purpose, maybe qualifies as Qualifications. We'll treat that as Qualifications section with prose or list? It's a paragraph describing purpose and qualifications. We'll output as

. But we also have "Preferred Qualifications" heading in the text; we can treat that as content. Now Schedule: we have "Full Time Position Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:15pm". We'll output as

or maybe list? It's a single statement; use

        . Now Benefits: list as

        • . Now we must ensure we don't include empty sections. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
