Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and verify their appointment details upon arrival
- Collect and update patient information, including insurance and personal data
- Aid patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
- Manage patient check-in processes efficiently using electronic health record systems
- Cookordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow
- Address patient inquiries and provide guidance on clinic procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare privacy regulations
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare-related certifications are a plus
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
