Patient Access Rep / Check-In Desk

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and verify their appointment details upon arrival
• Collect and update patient information, including insurance and personal data
• Aid patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
• Manage patient check-in processes efficiently using electronic health record systems
• Cookordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow
• Address patient inquiries and provide guidance on clinic procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare privacy regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare-related certifications are a plus
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
