Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and verify insurance and identification.
- Ensure insurance is active.
- Direct patients to the vitals station for vital signs.
- Assist with registration updates per guidelines.
- Inform patients about registration procedures.
- Monitor charts for credit or deposit requirements.
- Collaborate with the business office for delinquent accounts or deposits.
