Patient Access Rep

Nature of Duties

• Operates a multi-line switchboard
• Directs calls and schedules patient appointments
• Schedules appointments and routes messages to the correct team
• Ensures proper documentation in the medical record
• Maintains performance goals (e.g., 85% calls answered in under 30 seconds, less than 10% abandonment rate)
• Performs other related duties as needed to support clinic operations

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is preferred
• Experience with a multi-line switchboard is preferred
• Strong communication skills are required
