Patient Access Rep - Archbold Grady Patient Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Answer office telephones and direct callers appropriately
• Schedule appointments for patients
• Patient registration, check patients in and out at front desk
• Absolutely complete daily office tasks in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate with patients taking into consideration their age and level of understanding
• Insurance verification

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Must enjoy working with the public
• Computer skills necessary
• Previous medical experience preferred (for Eligible Employees)
