- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and navigate multiple software programs

Essential Functions

- Service Essential Functions: Obtains and records accurate demographic and insurance information on patients, explains consent forms, and responds to questions professionally.
- Quality/Safety Essential Functions: Ensures patient information is handled confidentially, meets departmental goals, and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
- Finance Essential Functions: Ensures medical necessity criteria are met, collects and verifies payments, and accurately posts and receipts payments.
- Growth/Innovation Essential Functions: Improves job functions, demonstrates adaptability, and offers process improvements.
