Patient Access Associate - Hospital Registration
About the role
Join a close-knit, team-oriented Patient Access Department just 15 minutes from Portland—at MMC Biddeford. In this entry-level role, you’ll work side-by-side with clinical teams as the first point of contact for patients and families. You’ll support the patient journey through registration, insurance verification, admissions, and follow-up—helping create a positive experience during critical moments.

Requirements
- Computer and data entry experience is required with Microsoft Word, e-mail, and internet communication.
- The ability to work accurately and effectively with electronic systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Related experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.
