Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patent searches and analyze patentability issues
• Prepare and prosecute patent applications in domestic and international jurisdictions
• Provide strategic advice on patent portfolio management

Qualifications

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong academic record
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
