Job Details
We are a small patent boutique that does a very wide variety of patent law. Everything from licensing and portfolio development to prosecution and tech transactions.
What You’ll Do
- Take primary responsibility for preparing and prosecuting patent applications across diverse technical areas
- Guide clients on building and strengthening their portfolios, shaping competitive advantages, and planning long-range IP objectives
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with technology companies, founders, and research teams
- Work closely with a group of seasoned practitioners who value clear thinking, practical judgment, and thoughtful strategy
- Operate seamlessly in a remote practice supported by modern, cloud-driven tools
- Deepen existing client relationships while helping drive the continued expansion of the practice
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years dedicated to patent prosecution
- An active USPTO credentials and a technical foundation capable of supporting complex portfolios
- Demonstrated experience drafting, prosecuting, and overseeing high-quality patent matters
- The ability to excel in a virtual environment centered on senior-level execution and direct client engagement
- A business-minded approach, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to practical, client-oriented solutions
