Responsibilities

• Bankruptcy Associate: 1-2 years of experience with bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings or workouts, or other insolvency proceedings.
• Business Litigation Associate: 5+ years of experience in litigation, including research, motion practice, briefing, due diligence, arguing motions, and conducting trials.

Requirements

Must have a J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School, active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Minnesota or Wisconsin.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills; strong academic background.

Skills

Strong legal research and writing skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $200,000 - $205,000 per year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
