Responsibilities

• Bankruptcy Associate: 1-2 years of experience with bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings or workouts, or other insolvency proceedings.
• Business Litigation Associate: 5+ years of experience in litigation, including research, motion practice, briefing, due diligence, arguing motions, and conducting trials.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• A J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School.
• An active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Minnesota or Wisconsin.
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
• A strong academic background.

Pay

The salary range for these positions varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range for a Bankruptcy Associate is $200,000 - $205,000 per year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
