Corporate Associate; M&A Practice (4-7 years): Firm Wide

Requirements
- Ideal candidates will have top tier law firm experience as a corporate attorney whose legal practice is focused on a combination of M&A and/or venture capital and private equity transactions, equity financings, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
- For the more experienced opportunity, we are seeking candidates who understand the nuances of sponsor-related transactions and are interested in helping to grow a practice that focuses not just on financings, acquisitions and/or dispositions, but also on the subsequent portfolio company matters.
- Candidates must be team oriented, have strong written and oral communication skills and have excellent professional recommendations.
Expectations
- Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based—you’ll be evaluated on your individual performance and on your contributions to the team’s efforts.
- As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $225,000 - $270,000
- Holland & Hart expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to Community-building, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours.
