Corporate Associate; Emerging Growth (4-7 years): Firm Wide

About the role

Holland & Hart is seeking an Associate Attorney with approximately 4-7 years of experience to join the Corporate Group’s Emerging Growth practice. This position may be based in any of the firm’s offices.

Responsibilities

• Representation of venture capital funds and emerging technology, consumer product and life science companies in debt and equity financings, M&A transactions, outside general counsel and general corporate counseling and related practices.
• Direct client-facing and client-management opportunities early in their careers.
• Close proximity to world-class outdoor activities including skiing, hiking, road and mountain cycling, climbing, fly-fishing and more in some of the country’s most livable cities.

Requirements

• Ideal candidates will have 4-7 years of experience working at a top tier law firm with corporate experience focusing on emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and/or private equity funds in financings, acquisitions, and day-to-day governance matters.
• A strong interest in pursuing a similar practice in the Mountain West region.

Pay

Compensation is merit-based; as required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $225,000 - $270,000.
