SF Corporate (M&A/Private Equity) Associate (4th - 7th Year)

Paul Hastings’ Private Equity Group is seeking a Corporate Associate with four to seven years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity to join their team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have experience with taking a leadership role in transactions. Outstanding academic credentials are required and law firm experience is preferred. Candidates must also be admitted to the CA Bar. Please submit a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and law school transcript. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $310,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually).
