Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare breads, pastries, and desserts according to standardized recipes and production schedules
  • Aid with plating and presentation for banquet events
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Manage inventory and supply usage to reduce waste
  • Collaborate with culinary team members for daily operations

Qualifications

  • 4 years of culinary or food and beverage experience with a high school diploma/GED, or 2 years of experience with a degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management
  • Knowledge of pastry techniques, baking processes, and decorating methods
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency in production
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid Food Handler’s Certificate required
  • Wear slip-resistant, enclosed footwear
