About the role

This is a pilot role that requires 2–5 hours per week, but there is potential for expansion. High performers will be prioritized for future phases.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe melodies by ear with accurate pitch and rhythm
• Recognize key, tempo, and time signature
• Handle sung lyrics in **Pashto** with strong fluency, including accents and less-clear delivery

Requirements

• Formal musical training or professional experience (degree in music or several years as a musician, composer, transcriber, engineer, or teacher)
• Strong ear for transcribing melodies and handling **Pashto** lyrics
