Key Responsibilities

• Oversight: Building birthday party guest relationships during in the moment birthday parties to book future events at your facility.
• Engagement: Engage with parents during live birthday parties and events.
• Implementation: Share party options and help parents secure their next birthday party on the spot.
• Target: Meet or exceed monthly booking target for birthday party bookings.
• Offer: Offer exclusive in-the-moment incentives to encourage booking today.
• Be part of the party environment! Ensuring guests feel welcomed, excited, and taken care of!
