Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude as they arrive in the service drive.
• Absorb and assist customers with check-in and direct them to the appropriate service advisor or department.
• Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles, as needed.
• Help maintain an organized service lane, parking area, and vehicle flow.
• Support the service department with vehicle staging, errands, and general dealership tasks.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional appearance and team-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable working indoors and walking throughout the day.
