Guest Experience Ambassador (Part Time)

Job Responsibilities

• Consistently provide world class Guest service and experience to all Guests at Spectrum Center
• Greet and direct all guests with a smile to their assigned seating location
• Effectively read and identify tickets, with the understanding of proper access to the appropriate area
• Proactively anticipate, identify and resolve Guest needs and concerns in a timely manner
• Respond to guests’ requests for service and assistance

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50lbs or push up to 70lbs unassisted
• Able to demonstrate strong customer service skills
• High School Diploma/GED and interest to work in events and/or sport management
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass background check
• This is a part-time non-benefit earning position; hours include days, nights, weekends and possibly holidays
• Able to stand for extended periods of time, bend and other duties associated with different sport and entertainment events is desired
• Able to work nights and weekends beginning at 5:00pm or earlier for select events
• Availability to work a minimum of 75% of monthly Spectrum Center events

Pay

Starting pay rate of $14/hr.
