About the role
We are seeking a skilled parts professional to join our nationally recognized team at our Perrysburg, OH, location. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter, including handling phone calls and assisting walk-in customers
- Complete all paperwork and process transactions (cash, checks, credit cards)
- Perform warehouse duties: accurate counting, receiving, and shipping of parts
- Manage stock receipts and account for warranty items
- Build hoses and maintain contamination control
- Prioritize safety in all tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of warehouse and inventory experience, including experience in a mechanical parts environment
- Previous experience in the on-highway industry (parts or technical-related area)
- Administrative, clerical, customer service, or sales experience (strongly preferred)

- Strong written and verbal communication
- Self-starter with problem-solving abilities

- Customer service excellence (internal and external)
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft applications

Physical Requirements
- Regular repetitive use of hands, wrists, and fingers (e.g., computer keyboard, office equipment)
- Frequent sitting or standing for prolonged periods
- Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting
- Frequent use of stairs and climbing into machines
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
Work environment noise levels vary from quiet (office) to moderate or loud, with potential for sudden loud noises.
