Parts Counter Specialist

Luther Automotive Group is seeking an energetic, adaptable Floating Parts Counterperson to join their growing team. This role offers a blend of challenge, variety, and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple Luther Automotive dealerships across the Twin Cities by providing parts counter coverage as needed
• Aid technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate and timely parts information
• Source, order, and distribute parts efficiently to keep service operations running smoothly
• Organize parts inventory
• Build strong relationships with team members across multiple stores
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction

What We're Looking For

• A self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• A strong interest in the automotive industry and eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to adapt quickly to different dealership environments and processes
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations
• Previous parts or automotive experience is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person
