Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities and workflow of the Parts Sales Desk Coordinators.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to improve performance and customer service.
- Maintain and develop customer accounts, promoting repeat business and resolving customer concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to meet delivery requirements and customer expectations.
- Track order status, backlogs, and escalations while proactively resolving issues related to pricing, inventory, fulfillment, or delivery.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and process improvements to increase parts sales and operational efficiency.
- Communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive information to leadership.
- Actively participate in the Company’s safety programs and follow all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in parts sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience managing customer accounts and generating revenue through parts sales activities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
