Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Suggest modifications to policies and procedures to Branch Manager and HR
- Reviews previous day’s open items to include: Orders, Parts sales
- Ensures support of machine shop with needed materials/assist in machining
- Issues parts credits and restocks returned materials
- Verifies mechanics work schedule to ensure parts/material availability
- Locates within inventory difficult to find parts (rebuilt units)
- Salvages reusable parts for scrap
- Supports other RTS facilities
- Weekly, reconciles invoices, miscellaneous purchase orders
- As needed, conducts cycle counts
- Two times per year, scraps AFA parts
- Attends quarterly management budget review
- Organized record keeping or some filing may be required
