Parts Sales Counterperson I

Job Summary

Pape’ Machinery, Inc., a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Parts Sales Counterperson I to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing expert parts support to customers and building strong relationships through excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide accurate part recommendations
• Use product literature, software systems, and technical knowledge to offer timely solutions
• Communicate effectively with customers by phone and in person to sell company parts and services
• Ensure prompt and accurate parts delivery to meet customer requirements

What You Need

• Verifiable parts counter experience or relevant mechanical/service experience
• Basic knowledge of parts inventory
• Self-motivation and assertiveness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Above-average organizational skills

Compensation

$22-28/hr (Depending on Experience)
