Job Summary

Pape’ Machinery, Inc., a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Parts Sales Counterperson I to join our team. This role involves providing parts expertise to customers and building lasting relationships through excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide timely part recommendations
  • Use product literature, software systems, and technical knowledge to offer solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers by phone and in person
  • Build trust and reliability with clients

What You Need

  • Verifiable parts counter experience or relevant mechanical/service experience
  • Basic knowledge of parts inventory
  • Self-motivation and assertiveness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Above-average organizational skills

Compensation

$18-26/hr (Depending on Experience)
