Parts Sales Counterperson

As the Parts Sales Counterperson you will succeed in the following:

• Aid customers in locating appropriate parts for their vehicles.
• Offer technical guidance and product information to customers.
• Persistently update and maintain knowledge of the parts inventory.
• Handle orders and returns promptly and efficiently.
• Develop and sustain positive client relationships.
• Provide top-notch customer service and support at all times.
• Contributing to the success of the department and organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks as necessary.

Educational/Experience required:

• A high school diploma.
• One plus year of experience in auto parts sales.
• A clean driving record.
