Parts Sales Counterperson

About the role

Join our team serving Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia areas with reliable, active, and transit buses from Blue Bird, the leader in alternative fuels school buses. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Parts Sales Counterperson.

Responsibilities

• Aid customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles.
• Offer technical support and product information to customers.
• Maintain accurate and current knowledge of our parts inventory.
• Process orders and returns promptly and efficiently.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support at all times.
• Contribute to the success of the department and organization.
• Keep the work environment clean.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties as needed.
• Deliver parts as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• One plus year of experience in auto parts sales
• Clean driving record
