Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide recommendations using product literature, specialized software systems, and growing knowledge of parts and equipment.
• Support the branch by assisting with parts and equipment deliveries as needed.
• Build trust with clients through positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to finding the best solutions.

Requirements

• Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
• Basic knowledge of parts inventory.
• Self-motivation and assertive drive.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record; experience pulling a trailer.
• Above-average organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Pay

$17.33-24.27/hr (Depending on Experience)
