Job Summary

Pape’ Machinery, Inc., a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Parts Sales Counterperson I to join our team. This role involves providing parts expertise to customers and building lasting relationships through excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide recommendations
  • Use product literature, specialized software systems, and growing knowledge of parts and equipment to offer timely and accurate solutions
  • Translate technical details into actionable parts support
  • Communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services
  • Perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

What You Need

  • Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience
  • Basic knowledge of parts inventory
  • Self-motivation and assertive drive
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person
  • Above-average organizational skills

Compensation

$19.26-26.96/hr (Depending on Experience)
