About the role
Drive growth and profitability for the Temsa NA Spare Parts division by improving, expanding, and enhancing product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Identify sources for product based on quality, pricing, and need.
- Create and launch new product offerings based on market needs, feedback, and opportunities.
- Ensure parts and product offerings are appropriately priced for the market.
- Work closely with Procurement to stock parts and products for expected demand.
- Work with Marketing and Management to market parts and products.
- Work with suppliers on product quality, changes, and identification of changes.
- Reports on objectives, progress, and performance of initiatives.
Requirements
- Creative, innovative, problem solver, self-driven.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to communicate clearly with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
- General understanding of Engineering and/or Mechanics.
- Able to read schematics, diagrams, and manuals.
- Previous use with ERP system preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
