Product Support Specialist
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for sales and applications engineering.
- Answer technical inquiries from global engineers and designers.
- Support the implementation of next-generation interconnect solutions.
- Manage existing product lines of interconnection systems.
- Collaborate with customers to solve interconnection challenges.
- Set up new build-to-order production packages.
- Interpret blueprints and customer proposals.
- Interact with design and engineering departments to address customer questions.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology, technology management, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical degree program

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CadKey or AutoCad (2D)
- Experience with popular 3D CAD software such as Inventor, PRO/E, SolidWorks, CATIA

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
