Product Support Specialist

Day to day

• Deliver exceptional technical support and training to both internal and external customers.
• Assist customers in resolving product quality and application issues while identifying root causes of challenges and facilitating effective resolutions.
• Engage in field support, overseeing product installation, project management, and troubleshooting.
• Provide comprehensive product information and training.
• Contribute to collaborative technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation of product and customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

• A combination of mechanical expertise and interpersonal skills.
• A two-year technical degree in Mechanics or Electronics, or 3+ years of relevant field experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
• Bilingual-Spanish proficiency.
• The ability to read blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• The ability to work analytically with variables true and perceived.
• The ability to travel overnight to customer locations including international locations.
• Self-motivation and capability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
• The ability to sit for extended periods (driving, plane, desk) up to 8 hours/day, walk for 2 miles/day, navigate uneven surfaces or around obstacles, bend, squat, or kneel, transition from kneeling to standing, twist or rotate body, rotate while walking or bending, use hand tools and perform detailed tasks, work on the ground or in tight spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs. from the floor.
• Proficiency with computer software applications including Microsoft Office.

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
