About the role

The Parts Foreman is the key figure in ensuring the smooth operation of the repair shop, managing its inventory and overseeing the maintenance of the fleet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate inventory to support necessary repairs to the fleet.
• Effectively communicate with internal supply chain, vendors, and freight carriers.
• Maintain purchase orders, pay bills, and resolve issues.
• Audit inventory levels, reduce obsolete inventory, and return unused parts.
• Lend assistance in additional areas as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Computer-savvy.
• Forklift certified.
• Excellent communication skills.
