Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead commercial landscape crews on job sites
• Ensure project quality, efficiency, and safety
• Interpret landscape plans and direct installations (sod, plantings, pavers, retaining walls, etc.)
• Communicate with project managers and clients
• Maintain equipment and enforce safety standards
• Train and mentor crew members

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape experience, with at least 1–2 years in a foreman or lead role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret site plans
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of commercial landscape construction and installation
• Positive attitude, team-focused mindset, and commitment to quality
