Parts Counterperson

Responsibilities

• Assisting/waiting on customers and service technicians for parts needs
• Achieving assigned sales goals
• Stocking shelves
• Checking in and shipping parts to customers
• Maintaining core control
• Handling incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
• Aiding in maintaining showroom displays, parts counter area, and catalogs
• Keeping current with new products and promotions

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Some college-level coursework preferred
• At least two years of work-related experience
• Moderate to heavy-duty truck experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers

Qualifications

Must pass a drug screen and criminal clearance.
