This position supports the delivery of parts to commercial customers and controls inventory processes in the store.

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock
• Complete special order part requests for the customer
• Communicate with customers on parts status
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the industry

Must have experience with auto parts sales or as a Parts Counterperson, Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus, High School Diploma or equivalent, Fast-paced work environment, Strong organizational and time management skills, Detail-oriented and strong work ethic, Professional appearance.
