About the role
We’re a reputable Chevrolet dealership known for quality service and strong community ties. Our Parts Department supports our technicians, customers, and overall dealership operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers, technicians, and service advisors with parts inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email
- Accurately identify and locate Ford OEM parts using catalog systems and inventory tools
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department
- Track inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
- Cook up with the service and sales departments to ensure timely parts delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service and support a smooth, efficient workflow
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts department (Ford experience is a plus!)
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with parts catalog systems, Tekion (DMS), and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
