Responsibilities
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Work with the parts manager to locate parts not in stock
- Complete special order part requests for customers
- Communicate with customers regarding parts status
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with staff and customers
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus
- Ability to quickly identify customer needs and solutions
- Strong knowledge of automobiles
- Effective analytical and communication skills
- Strong reading, computer, and math skills
- Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and specifications
- Minimum of 1 year in a service department
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
