Parts Counterman

The Grubbs Family has been in the automobile business since 1948 and now represents a variety of brands across multiple locations in Texas and Oklahoma. We are seeking self‑motivated and reliable individuals for a parts clerk position at our Infiniti dealership in Grapevine.

Responsibilities

• Discuss the use and features of various parts.
• Fill customer orders from stock.
• Prepare sales slip or sales contract.
• Advise customers on substitution or modification of a part when a replacement is not available.
• Examine returned parts to determine if defective, and exchange part or refund money.
• Mark and store parts in the stockroom according to the prearranged system.
• Receive and fill internet orders for parts.
• Take inventory of stock.
• Complete any reports or logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Highly professional and dependable; safety and customer service oriented.
• Willingness to participate in and pass a background check and drug screening.
