Parts Counterman

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are properly stocked
• Process orders and returns in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and parts trends
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the parts department runs smoothly

Requirements

• Previous experience in parts sales or a related field, but we are willing to train the right person
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in computer systems and software used in parts sales
• Able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
